9:00 A.M. Wagner Winery: Their Riesling Ice 2011: A luxurious dessert wine pressed from frozen grapes. Aromatic and zesty, each sip explodes with vibrant fruitiness. The lively finish is long and lingering. Awards:

10:15 A.M. Ventosa Vinyards: The vineyard at Ventosa consits of 23 acres of vinifera grapes. These premium grapes include Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Additionally, Ventosa grows Sangiovese and Tocai Friulano, Italian grapes not typically found in the Finger Lakes Region.
11:30 A.M. Lunch Buffet at Belhurst Castle: Lunch is optional. Guests may bring their own and eat in the bus or outside near the parking lot. For $17 you can partake in Belhurst Buffet lunch. This includes large group mandatory gratuity and tax. Drinks are extra. Menu includes: Two Homemade soups, Three specially prepared entrée selections, Variety of salads of seasonal greens, pasta and fruit, Sandwich station with delicious hot and cold meats, cheeses and fresh breads.
12:30 P.M. Winery at Belhurst Castle: Among numerous medal winning wines, taste two of America's highest award-winning Rieslings: Belhurst Semi-Dry Riesling, Belhurst Dry Riesling.
1:40 P.M. Fox Run Vinyards: Behind the winery a vast expanse of vinifera vineyards produce award-winning Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. Plantings of Lemberger, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer position Fox Run's future on the cutting edge of the Finger Lakes' wine industry.
2:50 P.M. White Springs Winery: Founded in 2003 by owner Carl Fribolin, White Springs Winery includes 40 acres of vineyards that produced their first full crop this harvest. In addition, a state of the art production facility is located on White Springs Lane, also in Geneva.
4:30 P.M. Zugibe Vinyards: 40 acres, comprised of 11 different varietals, including Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Merlot, Lemberger, Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner, an Austrian varietal.
