Except for special times of year, like just prior to and after St. Ubaldo Day/Holidays, the Family of Saint Anthony plans to meet every 1st Tuesday of the month at 7PM at the Chapel (the downstairs of the St. Ubaldo Society Cultural Center). An email announcement will go out to all registered members confirming the meeting or to cancel or move a meeting. The St. Ubaldo Society generally meets the first Thursday of each month at the Chapel. All are welcome and encouraged to attend both organizations' meeting.

January 3, 2012 - Family of Saint Anthony Swearing In Ceremony Meeting at 7 P.M. at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center. A special run-off election for Capo Dieci will be held after the meeting.

January 5, 2012 - The Saint Ubaldo Society Swearing In Ceremony & Regular Meeting at 8 P.M. at the Saint Ubaldo Society.

January 15, 2012 - Saint Anthony Feast Day Celebration Observed - Mass at 11 AM at St. James with weather permitting procession to the St. Ubaldo Society Chapel following. 12:30 - 1 P.M. Welcoming of New/Young St. Anthony Members into the Family & Prayer. Catered lunch including Capoletti, Beef, and Homemade Italian desserts from 1 to 3 pm at the Cultural Center. Cash bar. Basket Raffle. Italian music/entertainment. Adults $20, Ages 5-10 $12, under 5 Free. RESERVE THE DATE!! Please call Peter Anelli at 815-5194 for tickets. This may sell out so buy your tickets fast. Actual Feast Day is January 17th.

March 26, 2002 (TBD)- If winter has you down, come on out and have some fun with the Family of Saint Anthony at our 2012 Comedy Night featuring Jeff Pirrami. He has appeared in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, on HBO and at the Friars Club. Last year we sold out 2 raging shows, so buy your tickets early because this year he is only entertaining for one night only - but leave the kids at home.. it's an adult only show!

April 3, 2012 -  Family of Saint Anthony Meeting at 7 P.M at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center.

April 29, 2012 -  Road Painting Day, both on the hill and in front of Pietro's. Rain date is May 6th. Meeting scheduled for 9-10 AM on the St. Ubaldo Society Logo on Church St (on the Hill). We will paint our logo in front of The Home of Saint Anthony at Pietro's Restaurant after the Society Logo is sufficiently complete. We will also hang decorations on our Home at Pietro's.

Feast of St. George Celebration: Mass (TBD). Celebration at St. George's Restaurant hosted by The Family of Saint George from 7pm to 11pm - $20. Entertainment. For tickets contact Scott Hall. 

May 3, 2012 -  Next regular Family of Saint Anthony meeting at 7 P.M. Last regular meeting before the Race! There will be a runner/team meeting after the regular Family meeting. If you can't make it, but plan on running, please call the 2012 Capodieci.

May 5, 2012 -  Hospitality Night kicks off the schedule of May events, hosted by the St. Ubaldo Society at the St. Ubaldo Society Cultural Center. The 2012 -  Capodieci from all three Families will be presented here! Entertainment will be available. Starts at 8 PM. First Come - First Serve. $5 per person - light fare.

May 15, 2012 -  The Corsa dei Ceri will be streamed live from Gubbio, Italy over the Internet on ceri.it - please remember they are 6 hours ahead of us and festivities start early.

May 19, 2012 -  Family of Saint Anthony "One Week to Go" Dance at the American Legion on Church St. Cost is only $5. Entertainment by TBD. 50/50 and Basket Raffle. Pizza and Finger Foods will be available. Cash Bar. 8 P.M. to 12 P.M. The St. Ubaldo week fun starts here!

May 20, 2012 -  Jessup Wine Tasting Committee will hold their 15th annual wine tasting event at Station Park, Jessup, PA from 1-4 P.M. Society shirts and flags will be on sale.

May 21, 2012 -  5-8 P.M. Porketta Sandwich Sale at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center Two for $5. Tickets are available in advance from any Society Board Member (Peter 815-5194, Al 815-7217)
7 P.M. Veneration of the Most Holy Relic of Saint Ubaldo at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center. Confessions will be available at the Chapel or St. Mary's. Then we will decorate St. Mary's church. Volunteers will be appreciated.

May 22, 2012 -  Saint George Family Social/Frittata at St. George's Restaurant with Entertainment for $5.

TBD - after the St. George Frittata there will be a Capo party for St. Anthony at Johnny D's (near St. George's Restaurant).

May 23, 2012 -  Practice mandatory for any new runners, alzata and drop teams, and runners wishing to improve their switches. Usually at the field at 5 P.M. - come late after work is OK. A Saint Ubaldo Society Clambake and Entertainment behind the Jessup VFW will be held at 8 P.M. and entance will be paid by the Family of St. Anthony for all St. Anthony runners who attended practice. ($10 including food and drinks)

May 24, 2012 -  St. Ubaldo Society Social Event at the Legion featuring the tradional Eugubino songs, starts at 8 P.M. There is no cost to attend. A 50/50 and basket raffle will take place.

May 25, 2012 -  6 P.M. Saint Ubaldo Day Officials along with participants from the Families of St. Ubaldo, St. George and St. Anthony will meet at Grassy Island Avenue and Mylert Street for the annual parade. Volunteers are needed before and after the parade to decorate the float and tear it down. Please do not wear your full Race-day uniform (short sleeves and fazzoleto's are fine, but please no sashes or white pants). There is no Society event or St. Anthony event planned after the race. Don't overdo it and get to sleep early!

May 26, 2012 -  Cemetery Vigil, Morning Mass, the Alzata, Ceraioli Society Lunch (Tavola Buona) at the St. Ubaldo Cultural Center Tavern (Free Food, Cash Bar), Pre-Race Team forming (and last minute practice) near Pietro's at 3 P.M., the Saint Anthony Family photo, the Race of the Saints 5:30 P.M.,(runners please try to wear traditional standard uniform of long pants and sleeves with no logos and lettering) Candlelight Procession to St. James, Free Post Race Celebration featuring Italian traditional music of Gabriel at the Home of St. Anthony at Pietro's Restaurant. Members eat free.

May 27, 2012 -  11 A.M. Children's Race - Morning Mass, Children's Alzata, Children's Race. Lunch at the Field and Bracelets will be provided for rides to all child participants under 14.

June 5, 2012 -  Next regular Family of Saint Anthony meeting at 7 P.M at the St. Ubaldo Society Cultural Center.

July 3, 2012 -  Regular meeting of The Family of St. Anthony at 7PM at the St. Ubaldo Cultural Center. Upcoming fundraising activities will be discussed.

July 5, 2012 -  The 20th Century Association of Jessup is Holiding an event at Memorial Field in Jessup from 7PM through 11PM. The St Ubaldo Society will have a stand to sell food and drinks. Anyone interested in helping to set up, wait on customers, or tear down and clean up may arrive anytime between 6PM and 11PM. Work sessions will be awarded for anyone working over a 2hr shift - they count toward voting or election eligibility for the Society.

October tbd, 2012 -  St. Anthony Family Finger Lakes Wine Tour. See the changing leaves and savor the flavors of NY's Seneca Lake Region wines. Bus departs 7:45 A.M. from Jessup Carbino Club baseball complex on Moosic Lake Rd and returns at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are $65 each and include all wine tasting at 6 different leading wineries. October 2, 2012 -  Family of Saint Anthony Meeting at 7 P.M at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center. Also, the preliminary election of eligible representatives to the Saint Ubaldo Society Board will take place.

November 1, 2012 -  Saint Ubaldo Society Election Meeting after the regular 8 P.M. Society meeting at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center.

November 6, 2012 -  Family of Saint Anthony Nomination Meeting at 7 P.M at the Saint Ubaldo Society Cultural Center. The nomination and election of the 2013 Capodieci will coincide with the election of the other Board Members this year. Note: this is the only meeting which can take place on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (following the Society election)
